I have literally had so many problems animating this, wow.

AT FIRST I WAS GOING TO DO THIS COOL TV STATIC ANIMATION. It was a complete abuse of Photoshop filters and I was so EXCITED to see how it would turn out

but iaza couldn't support the file size

So then I tried something a lot simpler but THAT WOULDN'T ANIMATE EITHER.
So then I did this.
